Refund policy

[Return Policy]

In principle, we accept product exchanges or returns within 30 days of the order date.
However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As an exception, if the product is defective or if the item received differs from the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

[Refunds]

Refunds will be transferred to your designated account within 7 business days of our confirming receipt of the returned product. For credit card payments, we will cancel the payment transaction.

[Shipping Costs]

In principle, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. However, if the product is defective or if the item received differs from the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

[Conditions for Returns and Exchanges]

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of the product's arrival.
Please note that customized products cannot be returned.
