I already use ceramic. Isn't that safe?
Most ceramic pans are a coating sprayed onto metal. Once it scratches or starts sticking, it's wearing off. Ours has no coating at all.
Will food stick?
No. Medium heat and a little oil, and food slides off. The tiny dimples do the work.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There's no coating to scratch.
Is it dishwasher and oven safe?
Yes, both. It won't rust and never needs seasoning.
What size should I get?
It comes in 5 sizes: 20 cm (serves 1), 23 cm (serves 1–2), 25 cm (serves 2–3), 28 cm (serves 3–4) and 30 cm (serves 4+). Cooking for a family? Go for 28 or 30 cm. Most people pick 25 cm.
